What does the AI reply allowance cover?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI replies. A customer can ask several questions in one conversation, so one conversation can use several AI replies.

How do I keep an eye on my usage?

Usage is shown under Plan & billing. Contact us before you reach your allowance to move up a plan.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan needs no card and does not expire into a trial. It is a real plan you can stay on.

Can I use my own payment account for bookings?

Yes — and you have to. Booking payments settle directly into your own merchant account, not ours. We never hold your customers' money.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

Neither. No setup fee, no minimum term, no notice period. Plans are monthly and you can stop whenever you like.

What if I need something bigger?
